The Foundational Falsehood
something that it seems everybody is missing
I’m very surprised that I seem to be the only person to have noticed this; but there’s something very basic and very very wrong with the current narrative.
We are told, again and again, that the Epstein files cannot be “released” because we have to “protect the victims”…
I have to ask, protect them from whom?
Because, every time this subject comes up, it’s treated as if anybody is asking that the entire contents of all the files, the videos and photos, everything, just be dumped on the public, willy nilly. Take the whole mess and just publish it at the New York Times or something.
But that’s not what anyone is asking for.
Why should the “victims names” be redacted before the files are released to Congress, Law Enforcement, and The Judiciary?
Are our Congress People, our Law Enforcement, and our Judicial System all so blasted corrupt that we fear they would leak this information? Do you see, even the worst of the worst Republican (or even Democrat) Representative or Senator “leaking” the names of the victims to the press?
If so, then I think we have a lot bigger problems than we’ve even begun to talk about here.
And, I’d also like to ask, what is it you think this hypothetical “leaker” would have to gain?
Here’s the theoretical scenario, tell me if it makes sense:
“Jane Doe” is named in the files accusing Ronald Frump of sexually abusing her at age 12… Ned Bruz (R TexAss) “leaks” Jane’s real name to the press…
How in the fuck does that help Ronald Frump? Unless “Jane Doe” can be shown to be a liar or some kind of con artist, you’ve achieved strictly nothing, except to prove for everyone what a bunch of horrible pieces of shit you all are. (excuse my French)
But it gets even worse than that:
You are not actually “protecting the victims” here at all. By keeping the victims’ names secret even from Congress and Law Enforcement, you’re providing cover for anyone who does know the names.
Again, “Jane Doe” is named in the files, but the name is redacted… the person (or people) that molested her already know her name. They can probably even connect the released details of the story to the individual (since they were the ones doing the molesting).
Now they know exactly who to “disappear” or just threaten, and “we the people” and Congress and Law Enforcement will have no clue that the sudden apparent “suicide” of “Jane Doe” is in any way connected to the Epstein Files, because the names have all been redacted.
But it gets even worse than that…
The fact that you have to “redact” these names of these victims confirms, beyond any doubt whatsoever, that the accused are guilty. If these powerful men (and women) are so very dangerous that we need to conceal the names of their victims, then frankly… well fuck, do I need to define the word “victims” for you?
They aren’t “victims” if the accused are not monsters.
Now, don’t get me wrong… I’m not calling on the DoJ to dump the fully unredacted files on the General Public. Hell, I personally do not want to see them… I prefer not to have my dinner climb back up my throat please. I have nearly vomited and been very close to tears more than once from the small amount of information that’s already been revealed, not sure how much more any of us could handle.
But Congress? Law Enforcement? The Courts? You’re telling me we have to “protect the victims’ identities” from them?
If our Congress, or Law Enforcement Agencies and our Courts are so corrupted that they can’t be trusted with the victim’s names, then we are already fully lost.
Release the entire, unredacted files to Congress. It should have happened the same week the files were recovered from the Island.

Shamefully, the DOJ has left many of the victims names unredacted. What we really need to know are the names of the perpetrators besides Trump.
Imagine you were a child victim. You suffered at the hands of monsters, but you escaped and survived. You tried to forget the nightmare; you "moved on," never speaking about it to anyone. You have a nice life with good people who know nothing of your past, but the shame victims feel, shame that isn't theirs, is their secret. Why would you condone risking their life by revealing that which they have protected for decades?
